This 90-minute, highly interactive session is focused on The Influence Equation: Influence = Persuasion ÷ Resistance - introduced by Stevenson Carlebach, one of the world's leading experts in negotiation and influence, teaching at Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation and advising organizations including Amazon, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, and the White House.

The framework offers a practical way to diagnose resistance through Logic, Interests, and Trust,  and turn "no" into "yes."
